GAUSS at the Space Technologies Conference in Ukraine

GAUSS is joining the 6th International Conference “Space Technologies: Present and Future” that will be held in Dnepr, Ukraine at the Yangel Yuzhnoye State Design Office from the 23rd to the 26th of May 2017

Yuzhnoye SDO is a renowned company specialized in the development of rocket and space technologies, whose launch vehicles have accomplished 875 successful launches and about 1100 spacecraft have been orbited. 

The Conference, under the aegis of the IAA, is dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the launch of the first artificial Earth satellite and the 80th birthday of the illustrious character of the aerospace industry Stanislav KonyukhovThe Conference is organized by the Yuzhnoye Design Office, the State Space Agency of Ukraine (SSAU) and the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) and sponsored by Robert A. and Virginia Heinlein Prize TrustOrbital ATK and Mikrosam.

The international event is divided into six Technical Sessions, covering the following topics: Current and Future Space Launch Systems, Launch Vehicles, their Components and Systems; Space Satellites Systems; Future Rocket Engines and Propulsion Systems; Materials and Technologies; Space for Humankind; Ground Complexes, Launching Equipment and their Operation.

Professor Filippo Graziani – GAUSS President, member of IAA and member of the Conference International Program Committee – takes part in the Round Table on the topic “Lunar research and  industrial  base”.
