UniSat-6 Videos from Space

UniSat-6 is able to make a 1FPS low resolution video (160px wide) while spinning. On this page the videos of UniSat-6 will be made public:

 

VIDEO 1: 27th of July 2014 starting at 9:22 UTC

This video was taken by the UNISAT-6 satellite on the 27th of July 2014 starting at around 9:22 UTC.

The satellite was rotating at 6 rpm. The video is accelerated approximately by x2 and it is composed of pictures taken every 1.1s. The camera was never intended to make video only pictures, in this case the camera was set to its lowest resolution possible (160px) in order to be able to increase the framerate.

The video was originally composed of 120 pictures.

This video was taken by the UNISAT-6 satellite on the 12th of August 2014 starting at around 8:51 UTC while passing over Italy and South Europe.
